Dentures

Ready to enjoy life with a full set of teeth? Dentures are a great option for anyone who has multiple missing teeth or teeth that are badly damaged or decayed. Dentures can provide full or partial arcs of teeth so you can smile, eat, and speak with confidence.

Types of Dentures at the Lavender Dental Group

We offer multiple different styles of dentures at our office, so you’ll be able to choose the best dentures for your individual needs!

Custom Dentures

Like the name suggests, custom dentures are fully customizable to fit an individual patient. These dentures will be crafted to fit your gum line, so they’ll feel comfortable and natural.

We can also design your custom dentures to replace as many teeth as you need. Whether you’re missing a full arc of teeth or just a few, custom dentures can fill those gaps and repair your smile.

Traditional Dentures

Traditional dentures rest on top of the gums, or gently cup the gums if you’re replacing your upper arc of teeth. These dentures are fully removable, which some patients specifically request—removable dentures are easy to clean and can be taken out for comfort whenever you like!

Just like all other forms of dentures, traditional dentures will fill out your smile, restore your appearance, and make eating and speaking much more comfortable.

Implant-Supported Dentures

The first step in receiving implant-supported dentures is having implants placed in the jaw. These implants are small titanium rods that become integrated with the jawbone, which means your dentures will be fully supported.

Your dentures will then be attached to these implants. We offer both permanent and removable implant-supported dentures, so you’ll be able to choose whether you want to be able to snap your dentures on and off those implants at will, or if you’d rather they stay on those implants permanently.

Whether you choose permanent or removable implant-supported dentures, your implant dentures will stay more securely in place than traditional dentures can. You won’t have to worry about your dentures unexpectedly slipping out of place while you’re eating or speaking.
